o   For Injury Therapies (PT) – Gym clothing, shorts/leggings, t-shirt.
o   Hot/Cold Treatments – Swimwear *Towels are provided.

How do I know which treatment to select?

We recommend booking a 55minute Sports Massge for your initial appointment to ensure you have enough time for a thorough consult.

Do I need to have an injury to have a Sports Massage?

Accepted Answer

o   Not at all. Sports Massage is a fantastic treatment to ease the aches and pains caused by day-to-day activities. 
o   Used in conjunction with regular stretching and exercise, Sports Massage can aide the mobility of joints and muscles and in some cases, contributes to easing the painful symptoms of some health conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pelvic Pain.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

o   No. I am very sorry but we do not supply our own Gift Vouchers.

Do you treat people of all ages?

Accepted Answer

o   Yes. There is no minimum or maximum age when it comes to massage, performance and recovery. 
o   Therapies are tailored to suit everyone based on their personal needs, tolerance and abilities.
o   Under 16’s must be accompanied by a parent/carer. 
o   All our therapists are DBS checked.

What is your cancellation policy?
