We recommend booking a 55minute Sports Massge for your initial appointment to ensure you have enough time for a thorough consult.

o Not at all. Sports Massage is a fantastic treatment to ease the aches and pains caused by day-to-day activities.
o Used in conjunction with regular stretching and exercise, Sports Massage can aide the mobility of joints and muscles and in some cases, contributes to easing the painful symptoms of some health conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pelvic Pain.

o We accept credit/debit cards, cash or bank transfer.

o Yes. Choose from 30/55/90 Minute Sports Massage Gift Vouchers.
o Printed gift vouchers are available to purchase in the clinic only (They can be purchased online, but would need to be collected)
o Alternatively, we can send them to you via email for you to print at home.

o Yes. There is no minimum or maximum age when it comes to massage, performance and recovery.
o Therapies are tailored to suit everyone based on their personal needs, tolerance and abilities.
o Under 16’s must be accompanied by a parent/carer.
o All our therapists are DBS checked.
